From 8th to 12th July, the training course for talent workers of Shandong Provincial Industry and Information System was held in Hangzhou. Zhang Gongyun, Chairman of Himile Group, was invited by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province to give an 80-minute sharing on the theme of "Himile's Talent Concept and Practice".

This training focused on the pain points and difficulties of "introduction, education and retention" of talents in key enterprises, and more than 220 people participated in the training, including entrepreneurs from key enterprises such as provincial typical industrial chain main enterprises, specialized and special new "little giant" enterprises, and national manufacturing single champion enterprises, as well as the person in charge of talent work of 16 municipal bureaus of industry and information technology.
