On February 6th, the ninth day of the Lunar New Year, the 2025 Weifang City Work Mobilization Conference was held. Commendations were announced and awards were presented on-site. Himile Group was awarded and delivered a speech. 

In this selection, a total of 50 enterprises in the city were awarded the "2024 Outstanding Contribution Enterprise" title, with 10 companies taking the stage to receive their awards. Himile Group was among them (second from the right in the photo).

The year of 2025, filled with challenges and opportunities, has arrived. Prior to the Spring Festival, we made thorough preparations for our work.  

Many of you may recall the "Made in China 2025" national strategy proposed a decade ago. This year holds special significance.  

Over the past decade, our company has explored multiple industries and products aligned with market trends. Through relentless research and development, some ventures were discontinued, while others are now thriving.  

"To do good work, one must first sharpen one’s tools." Since its founding 30 years ago, Himile has prioritized the development of specialized production machine tools. Currently, nearly 70% of the thousands of machine tools we use are self-developed and regularly upgraded, maintaining our leading position in the industry.  

In 2020, we decided to develop high-end universal machine tools for external sales. In recent years, we have provided services to Goertek, Huajian Aluminum, and Shandong Mining Machinery, competing multiple times against imported equipment. This rapidly drew attention from renowned international brands companies. We sincerely thank local enterprises for offering us these competitive opportunities, which have elevated Himile’s reputation.  

Himile’s machine tool division performed well in 2024. For 2025, we have prepared multiple models to showcase at the International Machine Tool Exhibition in Beijing this April. A world-class laboratory, benchmarked against global standards, is also under intensive construction.  

We understand that the future of Chinese manufacturing lies in transitioning from a "quantity-driven" model to a "quality-driven" powerhouse, pursuing faster, better, and more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly practices.  

Himile Manufacturing not only serves Fortune 500 clients but also provides high-quality customized components for domestic equipment manufacturers, offering one-stop services from raw materials to finished products. In this sector, our output value exceeded 5 billion yuan last year, growing by 20%, and we expect continued strong growth this year.  

Additionally, Himile’s continuous flow technology, refined over a decade, has matured and stands ready to contribute to the intrinsic safety and green development of Weifang’s chemical industry.  

Amid current intense market competition, many enterprises remain cautious about investments. However, after careful analysis, we believe this is a critical window for transformation and upgrading. We will maintain high investment intensity, take measured risks, and aim to double our company’s output value within five years.
